A Team (pty)Ltd is a general shop fitting company which carries out general Property maintenance,and customized renovations.We do work in all kinds of properties Residential,Commercial and Industrial.

We are base in Gaborone West in Botswana.We specialize in Commercial and Industrial shop fittings and do all various kinds of building maintenance and renovation .We also do property management and rent collection.

The idea of the name was inspired by the action packed TV show of the 1980s.Our main objective is provide a satisfactory service to our customers and help them see their dreams come true.Hance our motto "We put your plan together"

Our mission is to help materialize our clients' vision ,to provide the most reasonable terms in quality,pricing and efficiency of our products and services and to be number one amongst our competitors

We have an experienced team to under take the daily tusks in our business.We employ skilled and semiskilled trades man to specialize in their various trades.In general we operate with a skeleton staff,which comprises of our very own trained personnel.Be rest assured that your work is in very safe hands with these men.You can identify them in our colors and clearly labeled working gear.According to the load of work we can reinforce this team with more casual staff .These are people who have received our in house training and have mastered,but stay on stand-by due to reduced load of work.Notice that even if we get new employees we never send them to the site without an experienced team leader.

All our projects are insured and our employees are covered by a workmen's compensation policy.
