We realise as an organisation you don’t always have the time to research the market for credible, knowledgeable, experienced training providers with the appropriate training for your staff and that will add the value that you require.

At Dibanisa Training brokers, our ambition is to assist you and your organisation to achieve your skills development goals and satisfy your training needs by ensuring that the training you invest in is of the highest quality available, and is set at a realistic price.

We recognise the importance of building relationships with providers and clients and utilising networks as they play an important role in creating environments for learning and delivering effective training outcomes for clients.

Dibanisa works with you to identify your organisations skills development needs. We have a wide range of credible and knowledgeable providers. If any of our training providers cannot provide the training required by you, we are able to research and appraise the wide range of providers and their contributions on your behalf.

Once we have interviewed the provider we will supply you with written report detailing information such as their credibility, knowledge, course outline, pricing, availability as well as two trade references.

We provide this service to you at absolutely no cost. Our fees are paid for directly by the training provider with no increase in training fees.

DTB furthermore has experienced developers who have the capacity to custom design any training requirements for your organisation. We pride ourselves in our professionalism and work excellence to produce such custom training.
