GRO-SKIL Developments was established out of a need to assist people who needed clarification and guidance in making career and vocational choices.The company uses the Career Direct assessment and guidance system to align peoples' personalities, interests, abilities and skills, values and priorities with possible vocational and career choices. These assessments are valuable tools to help determine the progressive path that employees could follow in their journey with the company. These tools are used by many comapanies in determining the progressive potential of their employees during the recruitment and promotional processes.
GRO-SKIL also employs a multifaceted interactive approach to learning through its team development and building exercises and techniques in order to model leadership through lifestyle interventions. The company works with businesses, non profit organizations and educational institutions.
