Kunjani!’s business is to facilitate meaningful internships and volunteer work for International students, young graduates, in South Africa.
We assess the candidates’ motivations and qualities, and custom design placements in dynamic and reputable companies/organisations that will lead to a meaningful experience, both for the students and the organisations with whom they are working.
Our wide network of contacts and range of skills allow us to include related services: we are able to facilitate the students arrival to South Africa by assisting with administrative formalities, accommodation, communications, transport, personal introductions, language schools, …
And our staff will stay in touch during the whole duration of the placement.

Kunjani! - pronounced "coon-dja-nee" - means "How are you?!" in Xhosa. It is a Cape Town based private company, open to the world. We wish to take part in strengthening ties between South Africa and other countries.
Our aim is to facilitate for students, young graduate, and volunteers, an international experience that is also a great investment in their education, personal development, and career prospects.
Doing an internship or volunteer work for a few months, is a fantastic way for International students and young graduate to gain practical experience, share, and develop their skills in their area of interest/studies.
In South Africa you can do so while speaking English on a daily basis and thus improve your language skills. South Africa also offers the unique opportunity to discover a vibrant diversity of cultures and landscapes, and yourselves!
Kunjani! will not only provide placement and guidance with formalities, but also assistance in South Africa. We want you to feel 100% comfortable and enjoy your experience. Our staffs serve as your permanent contact during the placement. They will try and help you on request.
Our team is English, French and Spanish speaking, and passionate about South Africa rich diversity, energy and possibilities! We have been students, interns and volunteers before; and we understand your desires, needs and requirements, as well as those of the host organisations.
